  • Booking engine faults.
  • Duplicate citizens or properties.
  • Issues with forms and processes.
  • Requests for information
  • Requests for help guides and training.
  • System failures and speed issues.

User access requests

You can use this form to request the following:

  • Account creations
  • Account changes
  • Account deactivations
  • Email group amendments
  • Report access

All user access requests must be logged by a manager.

Request a change

You can use this form to request a change, such as:

  • Form or process creation or amendment.
  • Database or web service integration creation or amendment.
  • Email notification creation or amendment.
  • Report creation or amendment.

All change requests must be logged by a manager and will be assessed by a Business Analyst.

Missing or incorrect addresses

You can use this form to report the following:

  • Missing addresses.
  • Missing streets.
  • Incorrect addresses.
  • Incorrect streets.

We will also arrange for the LLPG and the NLPG to be updated, if required.
